1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ShahidWorks services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ShahidWorks provides SEO consulting and implementation services. The scope of services is defined in individual service agreements or proposals agreed upon before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, a 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we apply proven SEO strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and can change at any time.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, granting necessary access to website and analytics tools, and implementing technical recommendations in a timely manner.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and reports produced by ShahidWorks remain the property of the client upon full payment. ShahidWorks retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShahidWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
